How Do You Ship?
All orders within Canada ship out of Kingston, Ontario using Canada Post's expedited parcel service and include Tracking numbers.
Once shipped, orders within Canada usually take 1-5 business days to arrive.
When Will My Order Ship?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email and your order will then be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking information.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If your order is placed between Friday and Sunday, your order will be shipped out the following week. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you via email.
