Should you ever not be completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us through our Online Store and wish to Return it, please read and follow our standard Online Store Returns policy below.
If you have purchased one of our products through a bricks and mortar retailer such as Walmart Canada, please return the item to the store where you purchased it and follow their Return Policy procedures. We cannot receive returns from purchases made outside of Buhbli Organics' Online Store.

We allow Refunds only on returned items purchased through our Online Store. No exchanges. Our Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items: Gift cards
To initiate the Returns process, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website with an explanation as to why you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it. You must also provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you have contacted us as outlined above and it has been determined that a Return is applicable, we will provide you with a shipping address to ship your Return item(s) to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your Returned item.
Once your Return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your Returned item(s) then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
